general info/TOS

- payment via paypal in USD (only through email, as invoices are not available in Ukraine)
note: please avoid using words comm, commission etc. in the comment to the payment! as paypal can ban ukrainian accounts for using it commercialy. just your nickname will suffice.
- full prepayment
- 100% of the price per character
- thing to consider:
> timezone: UTC/GMT +3 hours
> in Ukraine due to .ussian aggression we have to face power outages, sometimes scheduled sometimes not, hence this may slow down the process.
> due to me being full time student the process may be slow, thus there's no strict deadlines, so the commission can take up to 3-6 months to finish during (applies to working months, during holidays the comm can be finished in smaller time frame). I usually don't abandon the comm to the very end, just do a little bits time to time and send updates when major milestone was accomplished (line, color, shadind etc.), but you can ask for updates any time, I'll provide you with what I have at the moment.

If you want your comm up to specific date let me know from the beginning. (if it's less than a month i may take a 10% fee. if less than a week — 10$ + 10% of the price)
- may charge additional payment for major changes after line stage so check thoroughly through sketch.
- forbid to use my art in nft/ai bs and/or tracing.i do: OCs, humans/humanIike chars, anthro/furry, (btw amphibias, reptilias. birbs are totalIy fine), monsters, mlp chars, fan art, nudity (but don't draw male genitalia).
don't do: gore, death, NSFW, very complex/highly detailed desighns, overly sexualised characters (in here also goes bulges that are visible/tightly covered in fabric), overly muscular characters, mecha, fetishes, hateful art, any hoyoverse characters, any hazbin/helluva characters.
